In recollection of the first time I had the honor to cover the iconic rock band Thirty Seconds To Mars in concert, brothers Jared and Shannon Leto couldn’t have functioned more differently than each other.
Jared was rumored to had been feeling under the weather, so he requested no lights be shined upon him. That made for a major challenge to get any shots of him at all. Ironically, the stage lights brightly illuminated drummer Shannon as he beat the tar out of his drum kit. So, I was able to capture as many cool shots of him.
All-in-all, their set was mesmerizing. However, it would’ve been awesome to get photos of everyone in the band.
