The real reason why they're called The Chemical Brothers

I recall the first time I ever saw The Chemical Brothers in concert. Their music moved me so much, both literally and figuratively speaking, that I danced for the entire two hours. I was dripping with sweat by the end of the night and I think I lost over five pounds from nonstop dancing. That’s what their music does. It’s euphoric and a great way to burn calories!

These gifted lads from Manchester, England, Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, aren’t even brothers. It’s all in a name. Related or not, their set took me back to the early 90’s electronic dance scene in O-town (a.k.a. Orlando), where dancing throughout the wee hours of the morning until the sunrise was the thing to do amongst the young and vivacious.

I haven’t listened to their music much in recent years, but I’m sure if I do, I will reminisce about those fond years.
