The stars won’t be the only atmospheric phenomenon presiding  over Phoenix Raceway with the return of the brightest, most halo-rrific, earth shattering music festival the electronic dance community has to offer. Relentless Beats proudly presents the return of its 8th annual PHXLIGHTS on April 7 and 8. 

With a robust, state-of-the-art sound system and accompanying spectacle of illuminated, futuristic effects, get ready to be awestruck in every sense of the word at the 2023 PHXLIGHTS: Among The Stars Festival in Avondale, Arizona.
